Office Manager

My name is Cary. I’ve been working in dermatology for over 16 years. I started as a front desk and quickly transitioned to a medical assistant, where I grew fond of the surgical and cosmetic part of this beautiful specialty. I have 2 wonderful kids and a husband which takes up all of my free time. I enjoy spending time with my family, working out, traveling, and trying out new restaurants.

Melisa Martinez

My name is Melisa, I am a mom to a beautiful little girl. I have 5 years of Front Desk Medical experiences. I specialize in verifying insurances and assuring patients receive an exceptional patient experience. I have come to love the dermatology field and the patients we see daily. I spend my free time as a part time student in the educational field and at the gym maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Yvette Caravantes

My name is Yvette and I am from Northern Virginia. I have been working in the medical field for 10 years and in dermatology for 5 years. What I enjoy most about dermatology is the variety of diagnoses we treat and that I get to learn something new every day. I have become very passionate about skin care and love helping patients implement preventative skin care to ensure that their skin stays youthful and healthy. In my free time, I enjoy studying the Bible and playing the violin.

Alex Espinosa

My name is Alex Espinosa, and I’m from Miami, FL. I am an aspiring medical student with a strong passion for cosmetic surgery and dermatology. I’m thrilled to join the Biscayne Dermatology family and contribute to providing patients with an exceptional experience. My goal is to one day fully immerse myself in medical care and pursue my passion for helping others. Outside of my career ambitions, I enjoy spearfishing and heavy strength training, both of which help me stay focused and driven.
