Danielle Skarda is a board-certified physician associate specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology in Miami, FL. Education and Training

A Minnesota native, Danielle earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of St. Thomas in 2011. She then pursued her passion for medicine at St. Catherine University, graduating with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2016.

Danielle began her career in inpatient cardiovascular medicine and coronary interventions, where she developed a deep understanding of chronic diseases and the importance of preventive care. In 2021, she fulfilled her lifelong dream of a career in dermatology, gaining extensive experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology through her work in plastic surgery and dermatology practices.

Her expertise spans a wide range of medical dermatology conditions, including acne, skin cancer, and chronic skin disorders such as eczema and psoriasis. She is also highly skilled in advanced cosmetic techniques, including biostimulators, dermal fillers, neurotoxins, lasers and energy-based devices, chemical peels, and microneedling. Danielle is committed to staying at the forefront of her field by regularly attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions to bring her patients the most innovative and effective treatments available.

Personal Life

Though originally from Minnesota, Danielle has embraced life in several states, including Colorado, Wisconsin, and California, before proudly making Florida her home. Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active through dance and yoga, unwinding on the beach (with sunscreen of course), experimenting with healthy recipes, and spending quality time with her husband and their lovable golden retriever.
